#4 How can I change the name of my hotel on my profile?

To change the name of your hotel as it appears on trivago, you need to first log in to your trivago Hotel Manager account.

Once you’ve logged in, choose Hotel Details from the navigation menu. From there, you’ll be able to update your hotel address, including the name of your hotel, by clicking on the Edit button next to your property’s name.

If you’d like to localize your hotel name, address, and website in other languages for travelers in specific countries, go to the Language section at the bottom of the Hotel Details page to add that information.

When you’ve completed the edits, remember to click on the Save button. And please note that to ensure accuracy, trivago will review and confirm your name change before publishing it live.

 #5 How can I change the star classification of my hotel on my profile?

Again, start by logging in to your trivago Hotel Manager account, then select Hotel Details in the navigation menu. From there:

• Click on the Edit button next to your property’s name
• Scroll down the page to the Star classification section to select the correct number of stars.

Be sure to click Save when you’re finished and again, please note that trivago will review this change before publishing it live.

#6 How can I change the phone number listed for my hotel on trivago?

After logging in to your trivago Hotel Manager account and selecting Hotel Details from the navigation menu:

• Click on the Edit button next to your property’s name
• Scroll down until you get to the Contact information section. There you’ll find the fields for adding and changing all your contact details, including your phone number.

When you enter a new number for your hotel, be sure to use the following format:

+ country code (area code) local phone number

Example: +44(123)1234567

As with all changes you make to your hotel details, be sure to click on the Save button before leaving the page. trivago will review this change to confirm the phone number is correct before publishing it live on your profile.

#7 How long until my changes are visible on trivago?

We know that you want only accurate, quality content and hotel information to be visible on your profile, and we support you in this by reviewing all changes before they go live. This process can take up to seven business days.

You can always check the status of recent changes you’ve made on trivago Hotel Manager by logging in to your account and going to your Recent Activity page.
