As 2016 comes to an end, it’s time to look back and reflect. This year, the trivago Hotel Manager Blog team filled their days conducting interviews with hoteliers and industry professionals, studying hospitality trends, and writing about the latest in travel technology and metasearch marketing.

As the analyst behind our blog, I have to say that this year was an especially busy one for us. We refreshed the look of the site, launched it in five new languages, and began offering unique content for each locale. It all went by so quickly—and it’s been great.
